Our Commitment
TwoByte LLC does not create customer accounts, does not intentionally collect, maintain, sell, or share customers' personal information for marketing purposes. We only operate the equipment and services
Smart Vending Machines
Our Smart Vending Machines, supplied by various manufacturers, may use cameras, computer vision, and sensors to recognize products removed from the machine. These systems are designed to recognize merchandise—not people. TwoByte does not use facial recognition and does not intentionally collect or retain biometric identifiers.
Self-Checkout Systems

For pantry, security cameras may monitor only the self-checkout area to investigate theft, inventory discrepancies, and security incidents. Recordings are not used for marketing or facial recognition, avoid private areas where reasonably possible, and are automatically deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
Third-Party Providers
Payment processors and vending technology providers process limited transaction information necessary to authorize payments, manage inventory, prevent fraud, and operate the equipment. Those providers are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws, PCI DSS requirements, and other legal obligations
Information Sharin
TwoByte does not sell customer information. Information is disclosed only when required to process transactions through third-party providers, comply with applicable law, or investigate fraud or security incidents.
